- Account, profiles, the marketplace and Tokyo: free. Brand Hall booth: $5 for 7 days, $9 for 14 days, $15 for 30 days (an empty booth can also be set up free of charge). Board posts: free. Promoting a post to the top of the boards you choose is priced per area and per day, and the exact total is shown before you pay. Base rates: $0.50/day per subarea, $2/day per district and $6/day for all of Tokyo. Busier districts, station plazas and areas with many promotions running cost more; several areas and longer runs are discounted. Prices are set in US dollars and shown and charged in your local currency at the day's exchange rate (rounded to a tidy amount); the exact amount in your currency is shown before you pay. All prices include consumption tax.

- Internet connection and data charges are borne by the customer.
- Payment method
- Credit and debit cards and the other payment methods offered on the Stripe Checkout page.
- Payment timing
- Charged in full when you complete checkout. Plans do not renew automatically.
- Delivery
- The booth or post goes live as soon as the payment is confirmed, and stays up for the period purchased.
- Cancellations and refunds
- Because these digital services begin immediately, purchases cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once they are live. If we cannot provide what you paid for (for example, a booth that was double-booked), or where the law requires it, we will refund you in full. Booths and posts removed for breaking our Terms or Community Guidelines are not refunded. Contact us by email about any payment problem.
