Key takeaways

  • Every subarea has a board (掲示板) for collabs, projects, products, events, jobs, questions and more.
  • Posting is free and lasts 30 days. Promoting pins it to the top of the boards you pick.
  • Say whether you’re looking for something or offering it — and keep it on-topic for the area.
  • Great posts are specific: who you need, what they get, by when, and how to reply.

Why post (by who you are)

Why it matters for you

  • “Offering: 3 UGC videos for skincare brands this month” — let brands come to you
  • Recruit co-hosts for a group trip vlog or podcast swap
  • Announce your fan meetup

  • “Looking for: 10 food creators for a seeding campaign” in Ebisu

How to post, step by step

  1. Go to the right board

Walk to the subarea that fits your topic and open its board — or post to the district’s general board.

  2. Pick a category and intent

Choose the category, then Looking for or Offering.

  3. Write a specific title

Lead with the who and the what: “Looking for: motion designer for a 30s app launch video”.

  4. Fill the body

    Keep it scannable.

    • What it is (1–2 lines)
    • Who you’re looking for
    • What they get (pay, rev share, exposure, product)
    • Timeline
    • How to reply
  5. Add pay and contact

Posts with a pay line get more serious replies. Add how people should contact you.

  6. Confirm it fits the area

Every board has a topic. Off-topic, spammy or misleading posts are removed, and repeat offenders get a posting timeout.

Copy-paste post template

  • Title: Looking for [who] for [what] — [timeline]
  • What: One line about the project and why it’s interesting.
  • You: Skills, niche or audience you need.
  • You get: Fee / rev share / product / credit.
  • When: Start date and deadline.
  • Reply: “Message me or talk to my agent.”

Should you promote your post?

  • Free posts show in the normal order and last 30 days.
  • Promoted posts sit at the top of the boards you pick for 3, 7, 14 or 30 days.
  • Pick any mix of subareas, whole districts or the whole city (up to 12 areas).
  • Price depends on where: from about $0.50/day for a subarea; busier districts and station plazas cost more.
  • Longer runs and 3+ areas are discounted; coupons apply too.

Bonus: the 24-hour whiteboard

  • Every subarea also has a whiteboard: write, stick notes, pin pictures or draw.
  • Every mark disappears after 24 hours — great for “today only” shout-outs.
  • Use the board for things that should last; the whiteboard for the moment.
