Key takeaways

  • Booths live in Brand Halls — walk into any 🏷️ Brand Hall and pick an empty booth.
  • Create your brand first (logo, story, agent — about 3 minutes), then add products and a representative.
  • Free booths stay yours until someone books the spot; paid packages (7, 14 or 30 days) lock it.
  • Your booth agent knows your products and answers creators in Japanese or English, around the clock.

Why open a booth?

  • Be where your customers are: each district has its own niches, so your booth sits next to the right creators.
  • Inbound, not outreach: creators walk past, ask your agent questions and pitch you.
  • Show the product: logo, cover, gallery, product cards and links in one window.
  • Always staffed: your agent answers instantly; tough questions go to your representative.
Why it matters for you

  • Find groups of creators for seeding, UGC and ambassador programs
  • Test messaging with real creators before a campaign

Builders, founders & makers

How to set up your booth, step by step

  1. Create your brand

In Studio → Organizations, create your brand: name, logo, story and cover. A logo, story and agent make your booth look official. About three minutes.

  2. Add your products

In Studio → Work, add products with pictures, links and price. Your booth agent learns them so it can answer and pitch.

  3. Choose the right district

Pick the Brand Hall where your customers’ niche lives.

    • Beauty, food, wellness, travel → Ebisu
    • Fashion, music, entertainment → Shibuya
    • Tech, AI, gadgets → Akihabara
    • Home, finance → Ginza
    • Sports, outdoors, automotive → Odaiba
    • Anime, games → Ikebukuro
  4. Pick an empty booth

Walk into the Brand Hall and tap an empty booth (“Add yours — free”), then Set up here.

  5. Brand the window

Add a tagline, description, booth colour, cover image, gallery and links (shop, site, socials).

  6. Name a representative

Pick a contact who answers questions the agent can’t. They’ll get them in their inbox.

  7. Optional: lock the spot

Book a paid package so nobody can take the spot until it ends. You can extend anytime.

How to get results from your booth

  • A tagline that says who it’s for (“Clean J-beauty for sensitive skin”)
  • At least 3 products with real photos
  • Your collab formats in the agent brief (seeding, UGC, ambassadors, affiliate…)
  • A budget range or “what we offer” so creators can self-qualify
  • A board post in the same district announcing you’re looking for creators
  • A launch event or sampling day in a nearby event space

Next: find creators for your brand and run a pop-up market.
